The Floating Orb
Question:
Can we make an orb float using electricity?
Hypothesis:I think that if we can make static electricity we can make the orb float that is because of the negative and positive charges and how they are not attracted.
Materials:
1) 1' PVC Pipe 2) Mylar Tinsel 3) A Balloon Procedure:These are the steps so anyone can reproduce this at school or home.

The Science behind itThe science behind it is that when you rub the pipe in your hair, you give the pipe a negative static charge. The orb contains a positive charge, so it gets attracted to the PVC pipe. The orb takes the negative energy from the pipe which causes both of them to be negative. The orb pushes away from the pipe since they are both negatives, making the orb float.

Conclusions
Our hypothesis was correct, because we predicted that the orb will float if we created static electricity by creating negative and a positive charge it would be possible to do that. If I would do this again I would try it with different materials.
