Tasty Frozen Science

Today we re-experienced the fun of making ice cream!  We took some pictures of us during the experiment and enjoyed the long-awaited final product.  It took longer, I think on science night, we should chill the cream and add the salt to the ice BEFORE we start explaining the importance of the salt and add the other things to the cream and the milk.  We had fun, even though it didn’t work out as quickly as we expected.  Today was a fun day, a very successful day, too!
