Hypothesis: I think it will turn into a gooey paste because that's what happens when you add water to baking soda.
The Science behind it
Mixing an acid (like vinegar) and a base (like baking soda) creates a chemical reaction that causes a bubbly, fizzy substance.
Conclusion
Mixing baking soda and vinegar creates fizzing and foaming similar to a volcanic eruption. Adding dish soap and red food coloring makes the reaction look even more like lava from a volcano.
